Operations teams leverage real-time production counts and other live information
An Ewon Flexy 205 is being used to capture live process data from various PLC-controlled, paper tissue converting equipment. The Flexy’s scripting tool is used to format the data
and transmit it to overhead displays to show live production data and machine alarms. Remote managers can also view an overview of the process.
Platcon installed a Flexy-based system for a paper roll factory to monitor production parameters on site and in remote offices. They use Flexy’s viewON graphical tool to create local HTML dashboards with multi-level passwords to monitor production from anywhere.
