Apliclor implements remote monitoring of more than 100 water treatment facilities thanks to Talk2M & the Ewon Flexy

With over 100 years of history, Apliclor generates value for their customers by providing quality water treatment solutions. In order to avoid the need for an operator to frequently visit the plant to monitor key parameters, Apliclor decided to trust the Ewon solution to help them optimize all aspects of their operations.
We needed a powerful and versatile piece of equipment that would allow us to access data remotely. In addition, we needed secure remote access to the PLC for maintenance tasks or updates. This is why we decided to use Ewon.”
Isidre Guardiola Matons, Project Engineer
Apliclor Water Solutions

An important part of Apliclor's portfolio is the design and manufacture of their own chlorine dioxide generation and electro-chlorination equipment. In addition to the design, development, and  execution of water treatment projects, a differential aspect of Apliclor is the maintenance and after-sales service adapted to the requirements of each client.

Many of Apliclor's water purification plants are located in rural areas and do not have personnel operating on site. In order to avoid the need to send an operator on site to monitor key parameters, they decided to implement the Ewon solution. After seeing its power and versatility, which allows them to remotely and securely access any PLC for maintenance tasks or updates, Apliclor indeed decided to install an Ewon Flexy in over 100 of their water treatment facilities.
